My (92 years young) dad's 5 year old phone was bricked and needed to be restored to original factory settings. Nonso worked on it, overcoming the phone's technical problems until it was like a brand new phone, and his charge for his time and work was very inexpensive. I came all the way from Framingham just because of the recommendation I got to go see him at New England Wireless, and this morning I thanked the guy who sent me there. Nonso, it was nice meeting you and my father and I thank you from our hearts.
Fixed my smashed iPhone screen in less than 20 mins and was so nice to every customer in the store. I haven't witnessed such good customer service a quite awhile. Highly recommend.
As another small business owner, I really need minimum hassles. Nonso has not only never caused me any issues (I've sent countless customers to him) he's helped me get out of a few headaches. I'm comfortable sending customers to him, and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs their phone fixed.
I visited the store a few weeks ago when my iphone had crashed and I had lost my way being from another state. The Manager literally saved my life as I did not know where I was and had a flight to catch. He was very professional and kind and HONEST as he rebooted my phone and did not charge me anything. Truly an amazing experience and I wish him the best of luck in all his future endeavours !
Noso was able to take me in quickly to change my iPhone battery and screen. He did it in matter of 10 min. He very knowledgeable and and fast. He's very honest and very reasonable on his charge. I will always depend on him over others.
